jzIn my efforts to do more workouts at home, I have explored a lot of ideas on Pinterest. There are plenty of routines, tips, and videos available. My new favorite discovery is Melissa Bender is a certified yoga instructor, coaches a cross country team, and has a master’s degree in occupational therapy.  Though her videos are pretty casual, I love her workouts and you can tell they work by her ridiculously fit body. I have been doing the ab routines which are mostly made up of moves I’ve never seen or tried, and I love trying new things. Her website has weekly and monthly workouts, recipes, and other health tips. So check out her site and make your own custom routine to do from home.   ~Dutch
